They must be accustomed to wet roads up in Surrey, British Colombia. Even if they aren't experts in the rain at a minimum they're Canadian, so you'd expect local drivers to be courteous and friendly and generally very likable, even the Lamborghini-driving ones. All my expectations for our northern friends are blown out of the water by this video.

You'll notice the camera car sitting in the left-hand lane, patiently waiting for traffic to clear, merge right. You'll notice that left lane traffic overtaking (albeit slowly) cars in the right-hand lane. You'll notice the dark and probably damp road. Nowhere will you notice enough room to go swooping through slow traffic with a Lamborghini Murcielago and a Dodge Viper.

Shame on you, Canadians, that's something an American would do.
