By now, you know about Trevor Cobb's 1989 R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R, the first to come into the U.S. via the 25-year exemption. It's awesome, but it's not the first R32 GT-R to be legally imported. Sean Morris' R32 NISMO got here earlier, and the hard way.

Back in June, R&T web editor Chris Cantle met with Sean to see the car in person and get the lowdown on how he imported the NISMO under the Show Or Display exemption. There are many hurdles, but they are worth hurdling for the truly rare cars that make the cut.
